The Basics Of Data Tracking

You are an endurance athlete. Maybe you are new to this crazy (but fantastic) community, or perhaps you’ve been here a while.  Just like with about everything we do, we have a goal and need to measure progress towards that goal.

But training is complicated because the human body is a very complex system. There are lots of variables that can affect your training progress. If you are trying to be the best you can, where ever that falls on the performance spectrum, there are a few things that it helps to track.
