NicoleI went for a ride today and wanted to share some of the pictures I took. But first, here’s why I rode!
I rode to Cafe Velo for their Saturday Coffee Tasting, where we tasted a Brazilian coffee brewed 3 different ways: a Hario ceramic drip method, a Chemex, and a French press. My favorite was the Hario method. Even though there were more sharp flavors, it had the most dimension to the flavor. I’m still learning how to put the tastes into words, but at least I know which method I liked better!
It was a great day to be out on a bike. Mostly sunny and temperatures in the 40s…what a ride!
