Food Log #2

For the study I’m participating in, I have to log everything I eat and drink on three training days. Today is the second day I’m tracking….

6:45am up and filled my water bottle.

7:15am I eat a bowl of cantalope (just a little less than half a melon), 1c. fat free plain yogurt, 1/4c. chopped walnuts and some cinnamon for flavor.

We headed to the grocery store and I stopped at the coffee stand and ~9am got a medium (16oz) soy mocha with light wip. It was made with silk soy milk (plain) and two pumps of chocolate syrup. not sure how much in a pump, though. Good morning drink while I shopped!

10am – Back from the store I filled my water bottle again and drank about all of it before my run.and  I also ate a banana and a tablespoon of creamy natural peanut butter.
On my run I carried my water bottle and had my fuel belt filled w/1 scoop of HEED in 18oz water (three six oz flasks). Drank it all on my 2+ hr run: http://tpks.ws/jqKy
 
1:15pm – After the run I had some sushi we picked up from the store. California rolls. We got two packages like this, one with brown rice, one with white. I had 5 pieces of each so 10 total.
Dipped in lite soy sauce.
1:20 – filled my water bottle again.
3:10 – ate two clementines
4:20 – appetite is picking up from my run. had an egg/veggie dish:
took 3 eggs and ~1/2c egg whites, mixed with ~2/3c chopped cauliflower and 1/2c green pepper
And combined 1/4c canned mushrooms, 1/4c diced tomatoes w/green chiles, and about 1/2c black beans. 
Cooked in olive oil, perhaps 3T and I got this and ate half of it:
5:00pm, filled my water bottle again
5:30 had 3 small tootsie rolls
7pm was dinner – DiGiorno spicy chicken supreme. I probably had about 3/7ths of the pizza – not quite half.
